schroda b032b32ec2 Remove "obsolete" extensions group 
Obsolete extensions are not grouped at the top of the extension page anymore and instead show an "OBSOLETE" warning text with a the "uninstall" action.

schroda 65a9a905be Migrate to lingui 
Switch to "lingui" for better DX.
Tried to persist existing languages as much as possible.

Removed "vite-plugin-node-polyfills" because it's incompatible with "lingui"

Ensure all components have the same width. Otherwise, the divider is not centered properly, which makes it look weird

schroda dad58f77b6 Handle obsolete extensions during update/uninstall actions 
Prevent treating extensions marked as obsolete as updatable by adding an additional check before determining the action.
